All reservations made through our website, WhatsApp, or
authorized partners must be submitted no later than seven
(7) days prior to the scheduled trip date
A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total
trip cost is required to secure and confirm the booking. A
reservation shall only be considered confirmed upon receipt
of the deposit
The remaining balance (50%) must be paid in full no later
than three (3) days prior to the onboard / trip departure date.
Failure to complete the final payment within this timeframe
may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without
refund of any amounts paid
Any cancellation initiated by the client, regardless of reason,
shall be subject to a cancellation fee of one hundred percent
(100%) of the total deposit paid. All deposits are strictly non
refundable and non-transferable
All trip operations are subject to weather, sea conditions, and
maritime safety regulations. If the trip cannot be operated due
to unsafe weather or sea conditions, as determined by the
operator or relevant authorities, the client shall be eligible for
rescheduling only
Rescheduling due to weather conditions is subject to vessel and
schedule availability. No cash refund shall be issued for
weather-related cancellations. Any payments made will be
retained as a credit for rescheduled services
The operator shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or
cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control,
including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters,
government regulations, port authority restrictions, or safety
directives
By making a booking and submitting payment, the client
acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by all terms and
conditions stated herein
